Im curious how big are your foreams and do you train them? Post up lets see what you got.... pictures and all.

I dont think I have pics, I dont think they are all that but people ask me all the time how I got them so big, figure maybe its one of those dysmorphia things where I dont think they are but everyone else looks in astonishment.

Mine are 14" and I only work them directly once about every 2-3 weeks. Usually just hammers. Wrist curls tear my wrist tendons up.

Mine are almost 15 and I don't work them anymore directly except for 5-6 sets of hammer curls once every week.

I don't train my forearms ever as I feel they get a great pump from gripping the bars on just about every day's workout. Therefore, they are not surprisingly a measly 13.5 inches

i never work mine, wrists are shot. 10.5" finally getting bf low enough that one can see the muscle bellies and a few veins that is all i care about (it is great to be a girl)
