It looks like they are trying to get everything without listing specific substances.

I wonder if they will find a way around it as they have so far with different products.

This one looks like it's trying to cover any and everything.

I guess we'll see.

I think they are trying to pick up everything that was left off of the old ban, and all of the newer compounds with slight molecular changes. But also I believe they are going for a general 'everything'

A lot of big stores/companies/websites that deal directly with these are having huge sales right now on their products that fall into this category. I hate what it will do to all of these companies that a lot of people have poured their lives into.

This is the last thing our house needs to have on their list of priorities.

Huh, it might be like that fake weed. Some go down and new ones come up.

I remember they tried to say anything that gets em high but I'm not sure it worked.

I would imagine anything new would be even more harsh than the last.

Good job government.

They're gonna do it anyways. Might as well make it as unsafe as possible ;)

No worries. All these companies have to do is tweek something a little here and there and BAM... new compound. Its a never ending game of cat and mouse.

But yea it is really stupid considering all the other issues facing our country our gubmint should be addressing.

the government owns your body, it tells you what you can and can't put into it. Government can't protect you from yourself. when it tries it takes away and destroys your freedoms. The government also tells you how much money you get keep from your paycheck. don't be fooled, you live under a fascist authoritarian tyrannical government.

Once the elite class convinced itself (and most of the rest of us) that we were too dumb to govern ourselves, and in fact convinced itself that we were too dumb to make even basic decisions for ourselves such as whether or not to a wear seat-belt, it was game over. Given how stupid and insignificant our rulers think we are, do you really think that they would allow us determine our own fate with meaningful elections that might change everything?

Isn't it far more likely that politics and elections and the feuding between classes and the drug wars and so forth that keeps us aroused are just a distractions to keep our minds occupied and to make us feel like we have a say so, when in fact we have not had a meaningful say so in the way we have been governed for a very long time?

/\/\/\ agreed. Why even waste tax payer money spending time on this kind of stuff? Just more BIG govt. I'm sick of it myself. Way more to worry with. Besides, what's the worst that's gonna happen with juice or similar. Somebody takes care of themselves getting in best physical condition? Or the fat slob politician that sits behind his desk all day and smokes cigarettes followed up by a booze bender after work? Top physical condition is obviously something most all politicians are not interested in so just ban it. Right? A holes.
