Holiday leftovers

What's everybody got cooking? We did a couple hams so I'm making stock for potato soup but I'm interested to hear what else you guys are making

I made a turkey vegetable soup which I’ll freeze half. I also have leftovers which I’ll divide into lunches and freeze for later.

I didn't have any...

I forgot all the kids have been growing up and now eat like adults.... I think there may have been a few grilled chili sweet potatoes left but someone swiped them to take home..lol

Used some leftover prime rib last night.
Made a horseradish sauce, cut open a whole chibbata bread, lettuce, red onion, fire roasted peppers, cherry peppers, sharp provolone and steak, nom nom nom

Went to a family members house and took some baked ziti home.

That was all I ate all day.

We need a fat guy smilie, lol

Food this year was meh. I'm bias though since I usually cook the majority of it, and this year, others took a more prominent role. lol

Turkey was meh.
Ham was decent
mashed potatoes had too much garlic and were a little runny.
gravies were off (coca-cola gravy and turkey gravy)
Eggs were really good.
Dressing was okay, too mushy, and flavor was slightly off.
Corn had too much cream cheese in it.
No green bean casserole this year.
my brownies were good, but the frosting was too sugary.
My cake was a little dry and rose a little high, so the cake-frosting ratio was off.....lol.

It was at my dad's house this year. Went back 2 nights in a row. Didn't bring much back home, just a little turkey and ham so I didn't have to cook chicken for an extra day, lol.

All the leftovers we had were dessert. I tried to stay away from the pie as much as I could, but it won the battle a few times.
