My work has a health and wellness deal. You weight in middle of November. Then you weigh in after new years (On their scale both times) If you have not gained any weight you get $250 towards your insurance premium if you also do a wellness physical with bloodwork. That is free $$$ to me that all I had to do is not be a glutton.
