You have a bodybuilding.com sticker on your mirror :)

Dont be afraid to eat.
Seems like everybody wants a 6 pack today but dont care if they have 10" arms.
Put one some size and do it by eating.
Good work..

Thanks man, and i love to eat, i just eat really healthy. And these are 15.5" arms haha

Lets see the wheels, upper half looking good, but you are going to need huge legs.

I hit shoulders and arms this morning but i wanna go back tonight idk what to train. I have off tomorrow and wensday i hit chest and back. What should i train later?
