HIIT is my only method of cardio training. Anything else is too mundane, as far as gym type cardio goes. I also like to ride my bike, its a hybrid so about 12 to 15 mile max at a pop for me and im pretty pooped.
Definitely, nothing so favors fat burning as a high-intensity training. So, if you are looking for the best cardio workout, then HIIT is your choice. Full-body workouts are the core of muscles building and fat burning as well. It can be done whether in a gym or at home. Theoretically, the full body HIIT workout can replace both cardio training and regular strength training.
