I once told my doctor "urological," and he got pissed.

no hippa violation. The doctor would have to say a name, medical record number. Simply talking about a procedure isn’t a violation of releasing a person health information and diagnosis.

I wonder If the patient signed the form when getting to the procedure that the doctor is able to share information.
