Hip Replacement

About 10 yrs ago I had my rt hip replaced and then 5 yrs later the left got done. I now have an ass that looks like a 90 yr olds. No matter what I do I can not get my booty back. I used to have a great looking ass and got compliments from the dames all the time. Now it's flat, flabby and wrinkled. It's fucking gross. Anyone had hip replacement with similar results?

Maybe your glutes aren't firing properly since the replacements. Hamstrings and other muscles could be doing a lot of the work the glutes should be doing.

Focus on some isolated glute exercises and get them firing and working properly.
