I struggle with hematocrit too. My doc isn't very tuned into HRT so I've had to find my way. I really don't know where I would be at on 100 mg/w at this point. In the past would be ~50, which is at the tippy top of the range. 100 mg/w doesn't even keep my T in normal range over the week. 200 mg/w sends my Hct up pretty high on the order of 52-54%. On cycle close to 1000 mg/w, say 350 Test:300 Primo:300 EQ, it will creep up to 60% if I let it. So i have things timed through the year to go off for short periods and donate 2x a year around my TRT and little 2x per year cycles. A month off gets my Hct from 56% to 50%. 8 weeks off gets me to 47%. Donation gets me down 3-4%. My best most sustainable TRT+ has been 100 mg test 75 mg Primo. Hct stays very close to normal range and I don't get the water retention that I do from 200 mg Test C. That's me. Your mileage could be different. So 4 things that help:
1. Go off for 3-4 weeks (drop Hct 3-5%)
2. Go off for 8 weeks (drops Hct 7-10%)
3. Donate (drop Hct 3-5%)
4. Go off for 4 weeks and donate at week 3 (drops Hct 7-10%). It's important to have that last week off to prevent rebound.
8-10 weeks off and I can get my LH and FSH into normal range and test into low to midish range (300-450) with hCG and Clomid properly timed. I still do this once a year just out of old cycling habits to preserve HPTA in case I have to completely go off TRT indefinitely for health reasons or somehow society makes it impossible.
