Anyone know where you can pick up a decent one? I've kicked around the idea of buying one. Some of the ones I've come across seem cheap and not smooth. I'm looking to getting one so I can incorporate more back work in. I do rows and flies and so forth, but since I'm still active playing baseball, I am trying not gain a lot of mass in this area. ROM and flexibility is big in shoulder/rotator cuff area for throwing.

Took almost some significant time off from baseball and got into powerlifting and boy, it was tough to gain back even some of the flexibility. Injuries didn't help. But I don't want to neglect this area either.

Check your local craiglist's sporting goods section. You may also try E-bay under Strength Training. With winter coming, I'll bet many will start to sell some gym equipment for fairly cheap prices. Good luck!!

I picked mine up from Deltech fitness about 3 years ago, it’s the selectorized one with the 200lb stack for $899 by far the most cost friendly selectorized model on the market currently and quality is solid too. Of course the plate loaded kind will be your cheapest option I think Valor fitness and Titan both make those and they run between $400-$600 depending on if you catch a sale or not. Deltech has plate loaded options too and I can vouch their stuff is well built for the price range.
