Posting this again since the board went down and lost all my posts and booted me 
LOL
I'm a competitive Powerlifter on a great team of lifters we are a known team but I'm not a widely know lifter as these people are very few.
My knowledge of training and technique out ways my knowledge of AAS although I'm not stupid about AAS I'm more experience with training.
Also please don't take it the wrong way if I correct something posted about a lift or something it's not me being an asshole it's me helping out with people being misinformed which happens a lot.
