I'm new at this forum, and also in all strength, bodybuilding or nutrition related forums. I've been doing track and field, sprints. I'm new to bodybuilding but I've been seriously lifting weights for like 3 years on my strength and condition training. I'm focusing now on mainly gaining muscle mass and also strength is always welcome.
