Hi from ireland gonna do a low dose dnp cycle an need some advice

Hi I'm from Ireland and looking some help,not trained in long time an started agin as in going on hols on may 22nd,iv been losing weight over the past 4 months on the dave palumbo keto diet,,was 121kg down to 113kg 27% body
10 weeks
Tren and test mix 1.5ml mon and thurs 750mg each weekly
T3 50 or 100mcg daily
1 sib daily for killing hunger
125mg daily of dnp or 125mg every 12 hours
1 hour cardio 6 am 30-40 min walk with dog at night
1 body part daily mon chest tues back etc
1 adex eod
3 iu gh daily
I'm only taking low dose dnp no 600 800 aday

Would this be good to go,would I have excess skin after or I wouldn't be losing that amount of weight too quickly

You're looking for a miracle... Just look how many drugs you're pouring into your body just to lose some fat for a holiday?

That is just crazy. You don't need all that crap. You need good old fashioned hard work and clean eating.

Thanks for the reply. I no the diet (am on a keto dave p)an the cardio (1hour 6am)are the way but was thinking the low dose dnp would burn an extra few pound the the ass to keep the muscle surprisingly that I still have..wot would you recommend then..yes I'm going on hols in 11 weeks just wanted to look before than the last lot of years..fat on beach embarrassing to be honest...I've been reading alot of forums ref fat loss an the the low dose dnp t3 ,cycle seemed to be the way to go..just wanted some thoughts bout the 10 week ft loss cycle..

DNP was like poisoning myself a little bit more each day. Good luck with that stuff. That's something I'll never touch again. I can say that the two weeks I ran that were the worst two weeks of my life. I'd exhuast all other options for weight loss before turning to that stuff. I felt like I was a furnace 24 hours a day and I sounded like Darth Vader I was breathing so hard. Working out was next to impossible too.
