Hi All,
I am pleased to be asked to contribute to this forum. Having trained Heavy Duty since 1977, I hope I can offer others assistance to help them avoid or escape some of the wrong turns and blind alleys I've ventured down.

Welcome brother....always nice to have a true vet in our presence. I haven't been in the game nearly that long and the BB scene has already changed so much for me. I can only imagine how much it has changed for you from the beginning.

Thanks guys, nice to be amongst fellow Brothers in Iron. It still amuses me when the young bucks complain they can't progress...what crap! If I am still able too, usually in weight and reps each and every workout, then what's their excuse?

Age is just a number, I don't feel much different than when I turned 21 (due to the stigma about that milestone). Not to brag but to show what is indeed possible, next leg workout I am due to calf raise 1144#...don't tell me youngin's can't lift heavy! Hehe
