There are lots of different protocols out there, that's not saying one is right and one is wrong. I like to keep my IUs the same ED, some like a 5 on 2 off, some will go 6 - 1 and some will work a protocol similar to what you are posting.
I keep mine the same ED but I switch when I dose the GH according to workout and non workout days. Non workout days are upon waking and at bedtime and workout days are pre workout and bed.
I've been running 5iu ed. Non workout days are 2 1/2 wake and 2 1/2 bed, workout days are 3 pre and 2 bed.
In the end, the real deciding factor is consistency. As long as IGF levels stay up consistently, you will reap the benefits.
