If I were to take my carbs intra-workout(via pineapple juice), when would be the best time to drop a large dose of HGH on an EOD basis?
I was thinking 5iu AM's and 10iu Post-Workout EOD. Eventually 5iu AM, 10iu PWO, and 5iu PM. Will be taking LEGITIMATE Hygetropins I got.
Would the carbs in my pineapple juice off-set the GH post-workout. Was going to workout, finish my drink throughout the workout, then finally when I get back into the locker room take my GH, shower, then eat again within 30-45 minutes.
