Hey Iron Den,
I'm a new member and it honestly took a lot for me to join this forum and be very public about my attempt to get into better shape. I've been an athlete for most of my life, but lately I've let myself fall off to the side and not take great care of my body. I'm really hoping to meet like-minded people as I go through my fitness journey with everyone! And maybe even share progress pictures and trackers with you guys?
