I'm 5.9" weigh about 190 pounds at the moment, about 10-12% bf from last time measured up..need to drop that extra bf%
Been trying to stay as lean as possible and build up some muscle. When I first started training was about 10.5 stone when i was about 22 so definitely making some improvements I've just turned 25.
I'm working towards it.. at first I thought I'll get in shape, then wanted to get bigger then bigger.. how it happens I suppose. So I'll just see how I end up. I've got a good trainer with my dad anyways. Keeps my head in right place and training well.

Welcome to TID, Shelmo! With a family history like that you should be able to do very well at a comp. Does your dad still compete or at least still stays in shape?
