Fighting tyranny, that is Antifa bro.

Fighting the same tyranny allowing Antifa to run around acting out like Liberal Cunts.

Got it.

Never been called ignorant before, for supporting something so necessary as having laws and enforcing them. If that makes me ignorant then I’m not sure what it makes you, and I’ll take that kind of ignorant over whatever it is you propose.

Anyhow, if this were to all fall apart and there were no cops, I like my odds. But I don’t want to pile up bodies on my property and I don’t want innocent people to die at the hands of pieces of shit that are excited by the idea of no LE, so even though I think I would be fairly well protected and capable in that unlikelihood, I would still like there to be law and order. And until that can be done by perfect robots, it will be done by humans and humans err, on and off the clock.

Let some of the blood drain out of your testboner and back into your brain and you’ll see my point.

IF cops only did as they’re supposed to do — if the fiction we were taught about cops as “the good guys” as kids was true, then the institution of necessary enforcement would / could be acceptable. However, given the degree to which cops have become a law ignoring violent gang of liars and harassers, as well as their proven (statistically) violent domestic abuse rate (40+%),there is no respect left and rather than being protected, we’re placed at increased risk of becoming victims of violence (at the hands of cops).
So... the domestic abuse rate institution wide is legit and verifiable by a variety of means — please think about what it means to be a supporter of domestic abusers. Next to pedophiles/child molesters, the worst, most disposable individuals are domestic abusers.

A decent book on the abuse issue is:

TB and Swiper, you're both welcome here at TID, but keep your "other" issues in another thread. We're talking about police and Portland here.

Thanks. Exactly what I told the dude if you notice.

I've never been a victim of police violence or abuse. But then I pretty much always obey the laws (I do tend to drive a bit faster than the speed limits on occasion).

I guess since I'm not married to a cop, I must be 60% less likely to experience any violence/abuse from them. So far I am really beating those odds. I should head to the casino or play the lottery, because I must be one of the luckiest people alive.

I know several cops. Some are relatives, a couple at the Masonic lodge, one from church. All of them are damn good guys. I know of an ex-cop, that got kicked off the force, who abused his power (at least the one time he got got) who I always felt was a creep anyway (reminded me of Uncle Fester). Sure, there are is a minority of bad cops (like there's a minority of bad anything),and unfortunately their union tends to protect them and they get away with crap a few times before something is done.

Thought it was lack of police in Portland ;) just saying....

More correctly, its the lack of willingness to let the police stop this shit.
Both Portland and Chicago spent more energy fighting the feds from assisting instead of fighting the rioters.

We need 2 Americas now.
Split the country and let the liberals destroy their own shit.

What percentage of pedo priests would be acceptable to you?
What percentage of molester or abusive teachers of your children would be acceptable?
What percentage of domestic abusing cops is acceptable?
What percentage of contaminated food bad enough to cause a legit infection is acceptable?
The correct answer to ALL of those is 0%
Why make excuses for abusers. It’s not an opinion that cops have an extremely high domestic violence rate (more than double the general population in fact). FOIA records of internal discipline, university studies of police violence, investigative journalism, polls of those in prior relationships with cops, and more, confirm the violence rates.

I have cop friends and relatives. 0% are abusers. That means "none" in Rio Linda. I can't not accept what doesn't exist.

So. I currently know 3 cops who abuse their kids, girlfriend, wife. You think 40% is an imaginary and arbitrary figure? OK... go bury yourself back underneath a rock. Cover your eyes, ears and mouth.
