Hey hey...

Hey all...

So yea, been around the block with regards to various forums and sites, none have really stuck. I've decided to register and see how things roll here as it looks to be a bit more my speed...

Some quick tid bits:
  • 47yrs old
    • 230 lbs ish.. @ about 17/18%bf.. a little belly with a couple abs trying to poke through, but, abs are not the goal and traps are the new abs
  • Lifting for about 5-6 yrs now
  • I've done a few pl competitions, will do more next year
  • Home gym training mostly, patience for other people and time/convenience mostly the reasoning behind just training at home
Current goals/objectives:
  • 500lb dead prior to April
  • Short term focus on squat training w/o wraps, just knee sleeves..
  • Keeping bench moving, but not as much of a central focal point
  • Calves.. yea.. gotta do more calf training...

Yea, that's about it really, nothing all that exciting to announce :)
