Here's an LA Times piece telling you with a straight face that illegal immigration is really good for the economy and helps to lower the deficit! LOL

If illegal immigration is so good, why is the media telling us that Kamala had nothing to do with the border? Wouldn't you say she's a genius by allowing in the illegals she's magically reducing the deficit? Hmm... Someone needs to get their stories straight.

It's hilarious because it's so brazen. The MSM just looks you straight in the eye and lies their ass off. That's what they think of you. That you're so stupid, they can tell you it's daytime at 3AM in the morning, and because they're so smart, you'll just nod your head.

If our domestic agriculture business needs more migrant labor during harvest season, then let's increase legal work visas and allow them in, and verify that they're all leaving once completed. I've got no problem with that. But until we have control of the border, any legal work visas make no sense, and we don't know how many "workers" we've let in. And now that we're giving all sorts of free social services to illegals, we're attracting more than just the workers.

When I lived in TX (back in 1990), it was the first time I was exposed to the illegals migrant workers. There was no freebies for them, and they worked their asses off. Now, for every hard worker jumping the border, we've got another coming for free health care and an Obama phone....

They are realizing that no matter how much they try to cover and lie that Kamala was 'not' the "Border Czar" or was that she was the one in charge of it......it's all recorded and provable she was. So they have to spin it another way and make it sound like a good thing. I can tell you it's 100% NOT the case out here in California.

A very hot contested issue that needs to get fixed. I’m all for legal immigration, but we’ve made it to easy for people to come here and not go to other countries.

I'm all in on that for sure. You wouldn't think Maine has many migrant workers but you would be surprised , potatoes, woods crews, harvesting apples and cranberries , blueberries .. busses full of folks and I'm pretty sure most of them don't even have green cards let alone a visa or work permit .. and the farmers don't ask for them either , they just want their crops in as cheap as they can get it done for ... its a fucked up cycle.

Scariest thing around here lately is the fucking Chinese and illegal woods grows , huge set ups. You stumble on any of that and its best to just hunker down and back the fuck out without being seen as best you can.

This lovely information was put out by the State of Texas. Good for the economy?
  • Texans pay between $579 million and $717 million each year for public hospital districts to provide uncompensated care for illegal aliens.
  • Texans paid $152 million to house illegal criminal aliens for just one year.
  • Texans pay between $62 million and $90 million to include illegal aliens in the state Emergency Medicaid program.
  • Texans paid more than $1 million for The Family Violence Program to provide services to illegal aliens for one year.
  • Texans pay between $30 million and $38 million per year on perinatal coverage for illegal aliens through the Children’s Health Insurance Program (CHIPS).
  • Texans pay between $31 million and $63 million to educate unaccompanied alien children each year.
Public school are over crowded and temporary building having to be constantly added. Most of these kids come into school with "no history and a formal education." This means they have never been taught to read or write Spanish and speak mostly slang. Hospitals are over crowded and hard working Americans sit in line to get registered in emergency rooms behind illegals who bring their snot nosed kids in with a cold.

Long-term illegal immigration, exacerbated by two years of unprecedented border chaos under the Biden administration, now costs Texas taxpayers nearly $13.4 billion a year, according to a newly-released cost analysis by the Federation for American Immigration Reform (FAIR).
  • Benefits and services provided to 2.23 million illegal aliens residing in Texas in 2022 amounted to $9,942,111,305.
  • An additional $2,546,756,372 was expended on an estimated 766,000 U.S.-born children of illegal aliens.
  • The total cost of $13,363,340,982 works out to a per capita cost of $4,466.
Stats from the Texas Department of Public Safety

According to DHS status indicators, over 439,000 criminal noncitizens have been booked into local Texas jails between June 1, 2011, and July 31, 2024, of which over 310,000 were classified as illegal noncitizens by DHS.

Between June 1, 2011, and July 31, 2024, these 310,000 illegal noncitizens were charged with more than 537,000 criminal offenses which included arrests for 1,002 homicide charges; 68,819 assault charges; 9,681 burglary charges; 62,909 drug charges; 1,257 kidnapping charges; 27,089 theft charges; 41,941 obstructing police charges; 3,081 robbery charges; 6,796 sexual assault charges; 7,811 sexual offense charges; and 6,632 weapon charges. DPS criminal history records reflect those criminal charges have thus far resulted in over 198,000 convictions including 503 homicide convictions; 25,028 assault convictions; 4,898 burglary convictions; 25,915 drug convictions; 357 kidnapping convictions; 10,161 theft convictions; 16,416 obstructing police convictions; 1,715 robbery convictions; 3,247 sexual assault convictions; 3,572 sexual offense convictions; and 2,154 weapon convictions.

Meanwhile, LA keeps coddling criminal activity, running a sanctuary city and forcing the people of LA to pay for it all and Texas reaps the benefits of big companies like Chevron, Tesla, SpaceX and X doing what so many others are doing......leaving California.

Gov. Gavin Newsom (D-CA) and state lawmakers agreed in 2022 to expand the state’s Medicaid program, known as Medi-Cal, to include people of all immigration statuses and ages. But it also comes when the state is at a record budget deficit. Of course Medicare falls under the Social Security Act and is not only funded by the State but by the Federal Government.

We bank at Wells Fargo and the satellite bank is on a corner next to Home Depot and Lowes. Like most of these places, illegals are all over the parking lot trying to find work. Our bank use to be relatively safe up until the last 3 years or so, but now people are getting robbed on a frequent bases just going to the ATM after hours. I never go to the bank for any reason with out my weapon. Even to make a deposit in the drive in.

Here is more from FAIRUSA.
  • At the start of 2023, the net cost of illegal immigration for the United States – at the federal, state, and local levels – was at least $150.7 billion.
  • FAIR arrived at this number by subtracting the tax revenue paid by illegal aliens – just under $32 billion – from the gross negative economic impact of illegal immigration, $182 billion.
  • In 2017, the estimated net cost of illegal migration was approximately $116 billion. In just 5 years, the cost to Americans has increased by nearly $35 billion.
  • Illegal immigration costs each American taxpayer $1,156 per year ($957 after factoring in taxes paid by illegal aliens).
  • Each illegal alien or U.S.-born child of illegal aliens costs the U.S. $8,776 annually.
  • Evidence shows that tax payments by illegal aliens cover only around a sixth of the costs they create at all levels in this country.
  • A large percentage of illegal aliens who work in the underground economy frequently avoid paying any income tax at all.
  • Many illegal aliens actually receive a net cash profit through refundable tax credit programs.
Living in a community with a high percentage of illegals for many decades, my wife and i have become very familiar with the illegals (my wife speaks fluent Spanish). Reality: These people do not want to be American, they do not like our culture, our food and do not want to learn to speak English. Ask them and they are very proud to tell they are Mexican, fuck America. They also have no intention in paying taxes and only buy what they need to survive. Most work under the table for cash, pay nothiing into social security, or medicare, are not covered under workman's comp but get free health care. Most of the cash they make goes directly to their families where they came from. Hell we have business that send cash on every friggin corner. According to Forbes, in the United States alone, it is estimated that more than $148 billion was sent to individuals in other countries in 2017. Back in 2004, a study found that over 60% of the 16.5 million Latin American-born adults living in the country at that time sent money home on a regular basis. These people come to America to take as much as they can, like parasites. Their goal is to send as much money as they can make back to their family and some day return to their country and live like kings. They buy junk cars that will not pass state inspection, have no auto insurance and no driver's license, so they can't legally get a license plate. No problem, they buy fake dealer's paper tags so they can drive without getting pulled over. They have a wreck and they just keep going. With fake paper tags you can't track them down be3cause the tags are fake and even if you can you will not get a dime out of them because they have no insurance and no license. They could care a less about voting because they don't want to be American.

According to Financial Times.....In 2023, Mexicans living in the US sent home a staggering $63.2bn in remittances last year and President Andrés Manuel López Obrador hailed the news as a triumph. Remittances have almost doubled since 2022. Remittances from mostly California and Texas are one of Mexico's largest revenues and have been for years. These people are not helping the economy of Texas or California, they are helping the economy of Mexico. They could care a less about America, American people our culture, our laws or anything else. They are here like parasites to suck the American tit dry. Mexico survives on the 4 pillars of the Mexican economy. These pillars include the manufacturing sector (especially the automobile sector); remittances, or the money Mexican migrants sent to their families from abroad; the tourism industry, which, despite a notable decrease, continued to be a significant source of income for Mexican citizens; and oil exports from Petróleos Mexicanos (Pemex), Mexico’s state-owned petroleum company. Of course Mexican's don't make automobiles, so who does......Audi, BMW, Fiat Chrysler, Ford, General Motors, Honda, Kia, Mazda, Nissan, Toyota, and Volkswagen. Taking advantage of cheap labor. Modern day slave labor work camps. Most of these cars are then sold in the USA.

We'll also be seeing lots of massaged polling. Here is the latest RCP polling.
RealClearPolitics Election 2024

RCP Poll Averages

You can see pretty clearly that Harris has had a bump with all the positive media attention. Not unusual for a candidate to have a honeymoon period. Trump's lead in battleground states has shrunk, and where he was ahead in MI he's now behind. WI is now almost a dead heat as well. Not sure what's going on in VA.

I heard an interesting analysis the other day. The guy said that when it was Biden/Trump, voters fell into five distinct groups: (1) never Biden, (2) pro Biden), (3) never Trump, (4) pro Trump, and (5) undecided. What the guy said was that with Biden gone and Harris in, group (1) is now up for grabs, and many of those are willing to go to Harris right now, and that reflects at least some of the shift in polling.

Will be interesting to see how far Harris can go without being on script with a teleprompter. Once Biden embarrassed the media with an unscripted face plant, is it possible the media could do the same? That is, blow up Harris like she's Obama II as long as everything is controlled. But if she has to debate, or she takes unscripted interviews and she comes across as the moron that I think she is, the media will have egg on their face again.

And I wonder how Americans votes will move if they perceive dangers going forward. For example, if there is concern that the Middle East could blow up. Does that help Trump or Harris? If China starts making aggressive threats to Taiwan, does that help Trump or Harris? If the economy is moving into a recession, does that get hung around Harris' neck? It's going to be hard to blame the economy on Trump... not that they won't try. LOL
