Both DHT based, can absolutely compare. As far as didn't do well, I interpreted that to mean didn't tolerate the sides. In which case Primo will cause equal amounts of DHT based effects like hair loss and acne.
I'm saying can't compare based on what each one will do... especially in women. Both winny and Primo worked well for me but result wise, I like my primo look of lean hard solid gains that I kept over just dried up eventually. But winny bloated me at first. I felt artificial size from winny.
