Help & Advice please ladies

Hello Ladies!

I'm pretty new to training and i am just wondering if you have any useful tips and advice :)

I'm doing weights for an hour every night, in 3 sets..

Legs & Abs

Bi's, Tri's & Shoulders

Chest & Back

I'm not sure whether this is right or not as i have never had advice off of anybody so i'm trying to figure it out for myself. How important is cardio when i'm only after muscle build? I hope none of you are sat thinking 'idiot' lol.
All advice is much appreciated.

Hey Katie,
I wouldn't worry about cardio when you're trying to bulk..
And as for weights I Prefer it split into 5 days.
And do 2-3 exercises per muscle , 3-5 sets per exercise
