I follow a diet with carbs rotation, and I lift weights 4 times a week, combined with cardio early in the morning for one hour. I'm a woman, 147lbs, and 15% body fat. I started my workout when I was 17yrs old, and now I'm 49, and I can't picture myself without my routine, and my diet. My goal is look and feel good about myself, having my muscles and been lean.
