New to TID - Thanks Cyto for the invite. My background:

Normal weight is always 153lbs, and I am 5'3". I'd love to be around 145lbs.

The pics I have added thus far as of me around 157 - 160lbs. Right now, I am about 155lbs.

Powerlifted in high school in 11th and 12th grade - was quite good at it. In high school at 153lbs, I was squatting 330lbs and benching 190lbs. I used to play basketball in high school during my 9th and 10th to learn that I couldn't handle the running well. I learned in 2006 that I have asthma - which explained a LOT.

Came into the Air Force in 2001 as a Fitness Specialist. I went to the Cooper's Institute to receive my personal training cert. Did my 4 years, got out of the military - went to Germany and worked as a civilian contractor for the Air Force as a personal trainer. Fitness has always been a major part of my life.

I am very new to the other side of fitness. I'm very new at bodybuilding. I have never competed. Only modeled and trained others. Even though I have asthma, I have control over it and I use my pumps regularly (issue with getting lean bc of lack of cardio). I am now planning to do split sessions and do my cardio in the AM.

I am open for suggestions/comments/etc. Thank you for having me.

BTW: Pursuing a B.S. in Sports and Health Science with a concentration in Sports Medicine. 9 Classes away!
