just joined up on here after receiving a link on another forum, i hope to learn allot about powerlifting, i have always trained like a bodybuilder but decided i want a change, i was not happy at all training the way i was and always thinking about dieting down and restricting calories, i have always wanted to train like a powerlifter but as i have always trained alone find it very difficult once i got to a certain point so i always went back to bodybuilding training, i now have 3 different training partners to help and push me so i will stick to it this time, i just need to learn how to train all over again, i know how to train like a bodybuilder but not really clued up on the powerlifting side so hope to learn lots of new stuff on here.
