Hello all. I am getting back to working out at the age of 37. Due to multiple factors I went from 180lbs to 250 in a short time.

I will be looking for a new routine to fit my needs so any pointers would be welcome. Any questions just ask.
Welcome, brother.

Do what you did to undo what you've done.

It's that simple

Welcome, the 2 things that you need to do are clean up your diet, and get OFF your ASS....lol
Seriously get help to figure out your macros and get a workout plan going starting right fucking now, drop down and do pushups, for real people always ask how I can be buffed at 59 and I just tell them "train like you are married to a super model" lol which I am so I do!
Crank it up, work around any injuries but THROUGH them no planned days off as life will give them to you.
Join a gym and or have stuff at home to use.
Diet is HUGE as you get older, I feel fat as hell right now but most think I am shredded so keep your bar set high as fuck and then shoot for it.
Cheers

I have started exercising regularly again. The problems that occured a nerve issue and a heart problem. The nerve issue I still have appointments for. Nerve damage in right arm that. It affects lifting weights or pushups in that arm.

The heart problem has gotten much better. Doctors never figured out for sure what caused it but I couldn't walk to the mailbox without getting dizzy and my heart rate skyrocketing then it wouldn't want to go back down. Meds have helped the past three years. Gotten me to the point where I'm able to be active again.

The heart problem was the main cause of the weight gain. I literally couldn't do hardly anything for over a year before they started getting under control.

Thank you everyone for your thoughts
