How long has it been and what level of training experience do you have?Hello all. I am getting back to working out at the age of 37. Due to multiple factors I went from 180lbs to 250 in a short time.
I will be looking for a new routine to fit my needs so any pointers would be welcome. Any questions just ask.
It has been probably been near 10 years since I was serious about it but fewer since I put on weight due to injury and sickness.How long has it been and what level of training experience do you have?
