My name is Sarah and I'm an in home personal trainer from Ontario, Canada.

Most of my workouts revolve around functional fitness but there are so many different ways to workout depending on the body type.

I'm here to learn more from you guys and understand some of the terms I hear thrown around in the fitness industry.

Bc is west coast. Ontario is the nys of Canada. Still nicer then like all of USA but not nicer then all the rest of the provinces.
