I would like to introduce my self, my name is Chris. I am 40 years old, have been working out for well over 15 years. I hit my plateau years ago and was satisfied with my size. However, as I have got older, I have found it hard to keep and maintain my size and muscle mass. I am 5'8" and currently 174lbs

I am now on day 18 of a 4 week Metha-Drol cycle

I am looking to put on about 25-30 lbs in the next 16 weeks.


This looks like a nice site. I am here to learn and share my experiences.

Do you guys think I am setting the bar to high with a 30lb goal in 16 weeks? Perhaps I should consider pinning?
