My name is Steve and I am currently 23 yrs old and weigh 191 lbs at 5' 10". I started lifting about 7 years ago and havent looked back since. Within the last year I have really tried to up my weight to 200lbs in hopes of getting into some lifting comps. However, with past sports injuries we'll see how things work. I last checked my 1rm in early June of this year, at that time I was, 178lbs and I had the following;

B: 310 lbs
S: 450 lbs
D: 500 lbs

I'm hopin to hit 200 lbs by the end of the year without putting on extra fat mass, then I'll get back into a powerlifting routine. I was over at muscle and strength and figured this site would also help me reach my goals, the more knowledge the better. Looking forward to meeting everyone!

hey guys thanks for the replies and the encourgament def looking forward to some gains just got done with an awesome shoulder day so it should be a great rest of the day!
