Today I was prepping some meals and taking a look at what I was eating and a great example came to me. There is a general misconception that "eating clean" is what makes people lose fat. I have brought up, numerous times, even if you're eating healthy, you still need to consume a certain amount of calories to lose fat.
Typically I tell people to watch fat sources, simply because 1g of fat is more than twice the cals of carbs and protein and is just really calorie dense. However, I made a bowl of cereal, and another example of how simply "Eating clean" can get people in to trouble.
