Welcome aboard. Lots of banter, mostly in the Shoutbox. Good advice will happen in a post where you tell us more about yourself, as in, your background in bb, PL, OL, etc, and where you want to be in the future. Diet, access to equipment, apprx. age, all the things you might expect from a board called The Iron Den. Advice to the love worn pops up now and then, but there are other boards for that.
