Here are some figures.....Last December was an all time historic high from border entries. Lets remember too that these illegal entries are not turned back, they are allowed to enter with thee promise to appear in court. Many are flow to what ever city they chose to go to at the tax payers expense. As you can see, the summer months are usually the lowest entry totals. In December 2023, Border Patrol agents apprehended nearly 250,000 illegal entrants at the Southwest border, a 23.5 percent increase over November, but more significantly a more than 10 percent increase over the prior monthly apprehension record, set in May 2022, of nearly 224,400. Not surprisingly, total CBP nationwide encounters reached a new peak in December as well, topping 371,000 last month. That’s 15,000 more people than live in Cleveland, and 64,000 more than live in Cincinnati, all coming to the United States illegally in just one month. DHS paroled in nearly 870,000 facially inadmissible aliens with no legal right to be here — one roughly every 28 seconds. That brings total Biden paroles to about two million, all under a restrictive authority Congress decreed be used only on a “case-by-case basis”.

The CBP released its Southwest border statistics for May on June 20, 2024, and while Border Patrol apprehensions dropped slightly compared to April, inadmissible alien encounters at the border ports approached 53,000 — a new record and a 565 percent increase compared with May 2021.

Border Patrol Apprehensions. In June, Border Patrol agents apprehended 83,536 illegal migrants, a 29.3 percent decline over May, but more importantly the lowest monthly total since January 2021 (75,316).

There are likely three main factors that have led to this decline.

The first is a significant increase in Mexican government efforts to crack down on “other than Mexican” (OTM) migrants traversing that country on their way to the Southwest border.

The second is the continuing positive results of Texas state efforts to deter illegal migrants from crossing the Rio Grande illegally, most prominently “Operation Lone Star”, which Gov. Greg Abbott (R) launched in March 2021. In June, fewer than 31,000 illegal migrants were apprehended in the five Texas Border Patrol sectors (Rio Grande Valley, Laredo, Del Rio, Big Bend, and El Paso) — less than 37 percent of the monthly total along a stretch that runs more than 64 percent of the way across the Southwest border.

The third factor that drove June’s apprehension totals down was, indeed, the ambiguity created on June 4 when the president issued his “Proclamation on Securing the Border”, which was touted as a plan to deny certain illegal entrants the opportunity to seek asylum. The good news from the latest CBP stats is that migrant encounters at the Southwest border dipped significantly in June. The bad news is the good news likely won’t last. The worst news is that Biden’s border damage is already done — for him and for the country.

The bottom line: Official U.S. Customs and Border Protection data includes 3,201,144 apprehensions in fiscal 2023; 2,766,582 in fiscal 2022; 1,956,519 in fiscal 2021; and 471,954 in the nine months Biden was in office in fiscal 2020. Since January 2021, total illegal border crossers apprehended nationwide were 8,396,198. Combined with at least 1,678,979 gotaways, the number increases to over 10 million (at least 10,075,177). This is greater than the individual populations of 41 states. How many of these catch and release with court dats actually appear in court.......at best, the appearance rate is less than 25%, according to data from members of Congress and from U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement. It may be much lower.

What the Senate Border bill does is normalize illegal immigration up to 1.8 million per year by establishing a border emergency authority which requires there be to 5,000 average illegal crossers over a consecutive seven-day period or 8,500 in a single day, with optional authority triggering at 4,000 a day average over 7 days. This is an authority that the President can choose to turn off if he wants, is limited to a set amount of days per year, and expires completely after 3 years. Finally, any alien can be exempted from expulsion based on the “totality of the circumstance,” a case-by-case authority which the Biden administration has repeatedly abused by applying to whole classes of people from specific countries.

The cost of this border bill atrocity is that an additional $1.4B is provided to NGOs to support the processing of the up to 1.8M illegal immigrants each year, and $2.3B goes to HHS for, among other things, lawyers for the unaccompanied children who will continue to surge at the border due to gaping loopholes left by this law.

What NumbersUSA doesn't get into is money sent out of country. The U.S. Senate on Sunday unveiled a $118 billion bipartisan border security bill that would also provide aid to Ukraine and Israel. So we spend money on Ukraine and Israel protecting their border but continue to allow unvetted illegal immigration to our country.

We don't just open our front doors and allow anyone to walk in so why is it we open the doors to this country and let anyone walk in. Right now we have the highest amount of people with direct ties to terrorism walking into our country.

Since FY21, 362 aliens on the terrorist watchlist have been caught crossing our Southwest border illegally. It only took 19 terrorists to killed over 2,600 people at the World Trade Center in New York City, while 125 were reported to be dead at the Pentagon and 256 passengers died on the planes. What is project 2025? Most all of the FACTS I posted came directly for our Border Patrol, so they are skewed? Why don't you post the real facts then? Again, Since you brought this up, I did check and Project 2025 was invented by the Heritage Foundation. not Trump or Republicans and in fact, I do remember Trump disavowing himself from this silliness. Sounds like to me illegal immigration is a crime, which makes those we come over the border illegally CRIMINALS.

Again, Since you brought this up, I did check and Project 2025 was invented by the Heritage Foundation. not Trump or Republicans and in fact, I do remember Trump disavowing himself from this silliness. In fact, straight from CNN...Trump has publicly distanced himself from the initiative, calling unspecified Project 2025 ideas “seriously extreme.” “I have no idea who is behind it,” Trump continued on Truth Social. “I disagree with some of the things they’re saying and some of the things they’re saying are absolutely ridiculous and abysmal. Anything they do, I wish them luck, but I have nothing to do with them.” I knew this because I actually heard him say it Friday at a rally. But it sure as not hard to find it documented.

You can stop all this back and forth dude ,, you wont convince me that a rapist felon is good for our country no matter how many hand picked skewed stephen miller facts you throw at me.
