Between the brotHers here and guys like Beau, I anticipate I won't be down for long. I just don't want to half ass a program. I did the the original Cube and hit all my reps and I was strong. I figure I will follow suit.

Glad to hear you have a plan in place and are sticking to it! Definitely stay safe, can't lift when your injured

Thanks guys. It's been a different day for me. Frustrated a bit, but at the same, still motivated to get going. My biggest goal is to get through each workout and complete the sets and reps required. A half assed workout is going to yield similar results so I would much rather do it right the first time.
