So here is a vid of me and some buds last Saturday at the local Gold's. Me and my training partner are hitting back and my other homie is hitting delts.

Cast:
Hawk: Camo hat, started nearly 8 yrs ago and pushing 40, complete with wife and kids and have done two shows.

Partner: Pushing 50 been training about 1 1/2 yrs and has lost over 100lbs at 5'5".

Friend: Training delts and same story as me, and did his first show a few months after I did mine and headed for his second in May.

It was originally owned by a local Nationals level bber and Personal Trainer, so it's set up right including DB's to 150lbs.

Nice gym and workout bro, keep it up. I will say I miss my Old Gold's, and the dumbbells, ours went to 160. Gym is dust now

Good work bro!...I'm also lucky I guess got DB up to 150lb also. First gym I was member at was a Worlds, small but had everything and since basically a PL gym the DB went up to 200lb.
