Holy shit, I just realized it's been 10 years on the Den! TID is my home - I may not be on as much as possible but this community has been my only forum for the past 8 years and I truly appreciate all of you (well some of you I really fkn can't stand). Thanks to LK, Mugzy and Staff for keeping this place efficient, safe and knowledgeable for all different walks of the gym.

Anyhow, Merry Christmas ya filthy animals!
