I've found that ground meats are easier to prepare with my very limited setup. I do not have an oven, just a portable stovetop. If seasoned properly, ground meat is more enjoyable to eat than chicken breasts. I have found that 96/4 ground beef has almost identical macros to chicken breasts.
My go to over the past 6 months has really been spaghetti. I usually make it with ground turkey or chicken, but beef tastes better. I try different tomato sauces, and top with parmesan cheese.
My store has 90/10 organic ground beef on sale for $5.99/lb. I am considering stocking up on it, even though it's a lot fattier than what I normally go for.
