1# burger, 1 cup of cooked rice, add whatever salsa you like. I use medium heat chunky Pace. Mix it altogether & enjoy.

I get the leanest ground beef I can find, about 3 lbs. Cook it in a big pot until brown, drain water and fat, chop it up with a spatula so it's not clumpy.

Pour 3 jars of tomato sauce into it. I experiment with different brands, but classico is the go to cheap one.

Let is simmer a while and mix, season to taste, serve over spaghetti. Spaghetti and meat sauce for days.

Wagu or grass fed patties from Costco recently… we got the wagu and man was it good! Lots of flames from ther ol bbq… but definitely worth the cost

Usually toss in some burger seasonings , smoke flavoring, or something and sometimes shreded cheese when we make the patties…

Make jasmine rice with chicken bone broth (must be bone broth..protein 5-10x that of “regular” broth) along with a generous portion of butter. The butter is important for the next step.

Pan fry the rice until crispy on all sides or as close as possible. Set aside to cool for a while.

Mix ground beef with diced onion, an egg per pound, whatever seasonings you desire and as much Parmesan as you think is necessary. Finally add the fried rice as your gluten free bread crumb substitute, form into meatballs, and bake at 400° until crispy brown on the edges.

It’s a standalone meal covering all macros, it’s gut friendly (gluten free, bone broth, etc), and it’s damn delicious. I eat them hot right out of the oven, and then the leftovers I eat cold and either way, it's good to go.

When I want to cook burgers on the grill, I'll take my ground meat and mix in a packet of onion soup mix. Nothing magic, but kicks it up a notch.

We call this simply slop but its GOOD!

1 lbs. Brown ground beef with a 1/2 chopped onion, garlic a little salt and pepper. Sauté some mushrooms. Make some rice, I use beef or bone broth as my liquid in the rice. Lastly I make two packs of brown gravy and a table spoon of Au jus powder. Once the gravy is done add in the meat and the mushrooms. Put it over the rice (Or mashed potatoes) It is really good and makes great leftovers (Better with the potatoes for leftovers)
