Halo, that's exactly what you do for everyone else. You give more than just motivation, you are an inspiration to ever one. There is a lot of logs out there, but the difference is your genuine love for lifting. It's something that can be felt.

Damn bro, thank you. I'm just going to get after this thing one lb at a time, I have a challenging two months coming, Collegiate Nationals in Apr, we're in the middle of two huge projects at work for the next two months starting today lol it's worth a substantial amount if I can dig in which I will. I haven't taken a vacation in June it will be two years. I'll plan on taking one right after this push. Yeah right!

What are your training max?

My training maxes, I may exceed them if things go well and I stay healthy. From what I saw with the squat considering the suit is not comp tight and I'm not wearing a real belt, knee wraps or my triple ply briefs something large could happen. I just got the video of the squats I'm kind of shocked how deep I was and how good they looked even with the Frankenstein foot.
850 squat, 570 bench, 700 deadlift looking for a 2,100+ total

Thanks brother I'm feeling the momentum build I'm staying reasonable in the gym and safe so far but the numbers going up will show all I need to know. I'm getting excited!

Thanks brother when the new triple ply predators come in this week with the new belt shit should start to get interesting. Well let me recalibrate that in about 4 weeks when I start to pile shit on it will get interesting with the addition of those two things it's going to be fun. We're going to need a couple more spotters down here we're looking around now but good powerlifting prospects are few and far between.

Great workout for me the weight is moving the right direction heading towards the meet.
