Awesome job and competing!!! Thanks for sharing brother keep it up!I feel you, Bro. I am 68 and was at 265 last December. Down to 218 now, with target weight of 209 for Classic Physique competition. No drugs or shortcuts, just a completely new and healthy diet, and a lot of time downstairs in my basement gym. Biggest diet change was/is no more fried foods or alcohol. Best weight-burner in the gym was/is 45 minutes on the treadmill wearing ankle weights.
Thanks GA trying to stay above ground for now hopefully I can get back to a normal routine by the end of Oct.You’re a fucking savage man. I can’t believe what kind of pain you’ve walked this earth enduring in your adulthood.
Really hoping things get better for you soon. You’ve been motivating me for like ten years bro!
Tomorrow morning is Cardioversion day finally. Praying that is gets my heart back into rhythm this shit has been miserable waiting. Possibly Pulse Field Ablation before the end of the year TBD
Yeah it’s weird my HR is bouncing from 48-153 throughout the day you can feel it sometimes. Just got my IV hopefully within an hour I’ll be back to normal. The problem is it probably won’t hold the next procedure is Pulse Field Ablation it’s newer and allegedly safer than thermal ablation so we’ll seeOh wow, putting the heart back into rhythm? Yikes. Can you really feel that it is off?
I will sending you some good mojo for sure! Take care of that ticker!
Fuck yeah dude !!!Ok good news! Long day in the books. For those who may not know the situation I’ve been in afib for the last three months and they tried a cardioversion, which is basically like paddles on your chest that burned me, but didn’t put me back in sinus rhythm. Had to wait another three weeks till today to go in for a pulse field ablation where they run a catheter up through your femoral artery into your heart and they hit it with some energy substantial energy apparently and it actually kills a very small area where the energy is impacting. That is the spot where it’s misfiring allegedly that’s how I perceive the situation. Anyway, it went fantastic. My heart is back in sinus rhythm and I feel completely better than I have been feeling for the last several months, I’ve gotta wait. I think like 10 days before I can go back to the gym, but that’s my plan gym and walking in trying to not do this shit again. Apparently the prognosis was it would take up to three months for it to kick in so I’m not saying that tomorrow I don’t wake up and I’m back in it but for right now everything looks fantastic. Hopefully it stays that way thanks for everybody’s positive thoughts and prayers.
