Back and Bi's
Not the greatest this whole lower spine feeling like it's popping off it's axis is a little disconcerting. CT for the abdominal issues on the 29th hopefully the PCM who's an Osteopath will be able to use those images to see if anything looks off. It is happening when I bend over and stand back up if I'm not perfectly straight facing forward the pop happens so we'll see they might need to do other X-rays or something else. So I'm kind of avoiding Kroc rows etc for now. Cut down on rest between sets today
