Hey Guys,
Need you in your input, I attached two pics. Lower chest fat or gyno. My diet is clean and I do have two cheat days. Have not been doing cardio and im on tren e (250 weekly and test e (150 weekly). If I were to guess maube 15% bf. Was freaking out thinking it was gyno.
Thanks.

A hard lump can be felt under the nipple if it is gyno. By your looks I would say fat…

Yeah it is just fat bro. Sucks that you hold it there through, and it tends to be real stubborn to leave from there too.

It's hard to tell. Looks like could be both there. Put your arm overhead like front double biceps and take a picture. If there's still a lump around the nipple it's gyno and fat.
Hard to tell in those pics

It does look soft like fat but it's still hormonal. Have you been controlling your e2?

Some say that nolva is a prolactin agonist and should not be used while on tren. I think that's bullshit. I would try a pinch of nolva. Nolva is really good at targeting certain areas and it's used in the medical field to target breast tissue. Try 20/day for a week.

Why not just go see a plastic surgeon and get an expert opinion? No real point in guessing what it could or could not be..

I agree as the whole prolactin \ tren issue is bs. But I don't think it would help the op, that doesn't look at all like gyno , to me anyways

Yes I agree. Looks likes 70% fat to me.
A hard lump is gyno from prolactin { steroids like nandrolone and tren stacked with anadrol can do it} but puffy swollen nipples is estrogen gyno.
