My coaches' private gym where he trains me is closed by order of our great and wonderful state . . . So I am training in my home gym. Its a good thing I have been building up my collection of bars, weights and equipment so I have almost everything I need. Last week I broke in my SSB bar and yoke which doubles as a squat rack. This week I broke in my deadlift bar and deadlift station. Tomorrow will be cable curls and a variety of barbell and dumbbell curls.
