We train at La Fitness. The whole damn chain closed today indefinitely. They said 24 Hour Fitness is closed as well. I found a little gym not to far that will remain open. I will see how much they are going to gouge me for tomorrow.
Pretty much straight basic training type workout for me. Throwback to Army days.
Nonstop movement with push-ups, sit-ups, pull-ups, mountain climbers, jumping jacks, overhead claps, air squats while holding m-16 overhead (I now sub my 20ft extension ladder),and sprints.
Random cycling of the exercise and the order and the amount of reps/time. Its not a science when you are forced to improvise and adapt to training without equipment. It’s all about feel and making the most of what ya got.
