Whatever happened to this guy? He seemed to come out of nowhere, and then after just a few years he was gone?

When that occurs, I always figure he had a brutal injury or overdid it, and suffered early health issues with the kidneys or heart. Does anyone know anything about this guy?

I remember that guy. I did some searching and it looks like the just faded out and retired. I saw an article with some pictures of him recently in his 40s. He's in shape, but not anywhere close to his competitive size from back in the day. It said he was a personal trainer. It didn't mention any health issues, thankfully. Looks like he just stepped away from it.
