This post is long overdue.
After reading the glowing posts by MG, I bought and have used one of the mat type pads for months.
It really works for me. Not super dramatic, but like others I have more and longer dreams. I'd say they are noticeably more dramatic and memorable. I fall asleep faster, and when I get up to pee, back to sleep faster again. Inflammation? Can't tell a difference. I think I get better sleep per my fitbit, hard to tell.
Cons: pad feels a bit sticky at times, the pad moves around as I move unless careful, have to hand wash it as I don't think it will survive the washer/dryer.
But, have no reason to stop using it.
If you're on the fence about these grounding pads, give it a try and you might be surprised. Cheap enough to try too.
