Any updates from those other than mutant newton?
I am fully recovered from my 10 day trip to the Midwest. Unfortunately I suffered from altitude sickness the whole time. Which basically meant I felt loopy and had trouble breathing at times. But I slept well with my grounding mat and set my cpap to auto.
Did a lot climbing and walking hills outside. I did get in 5 workouts in 10 days. I am recovering a lot faster with less DOMS after training and still sleeping great. Interesting I go see my hematologist tomorrow so will see if the grounding has had any effects on the blood including the elevation.

I seem to have more vivid dreams, which is remarkable because I really never dream. On way back from Mexico and look forward to my own bed, hoping the sheets can help soothe the leftover bout of brutal diarrhea. Silver lining is I am no longer constipated.

Ok . Color me ecstatic. I did wake up 3 times but it was too piss as one of the terrible things I wake up on so much pain and dehydrated I drink a lot of water before bed and a full 12 ounces when I take my thyroid meds.

First off very deep sleep and very vivid intense dreams. Never been so powerful other than the delta gummies. I probably woke up the three times because I felt so good.
When I get up in the morning or at night I can barely move especially after training the day before.

I went to bed around 930 pm
The first time I got up last night was around midnight. I had absolutely zero pain. I glided right to the bathroom. Normally I am like a hobbled beast taking little tiny steps because I was so stiff and in pain.

I got up again at 3 and the finally 4 for good. The dreams were very vivid but not good ones not nightmares but in line with life right now. Woke up starving and pretty much pain free.

One other note is my blood pressure was a lot lower. I normally wake up and bp is up today not so bad at all.
I am going to take this mat with me on vacation next week. I probably will get another to sit and stand on when working from home. Also may get the sheets and pillow cases and wash them normally.

I have never been impressed with something so quickly in all my life . Definitely worth the investment.
I slept on this one last night on my back.

Hell yeah! So glad to hear it. I hate to sound clique but I feel like a new man since I started using mine. The only thing that wakes me up occasionally now is when a dream gets a little too intense. Cool thing though is how quickly I fall back asleep. Before these pillowcases I would toss and turn forever before falling back asleep l.

Story of my life. Guess I'm full of free electrons already. I'm not motivated enough to remove it and send it back. It does make sleeping slightly hotter, but during deficit, I wake up burning up around 3AM anyway regardless of AC. My sheets are 100% cotton, so should not be interfering with the pad.
I would recommend sleeping directly on the mat or if it’s uncomfortable try the grounding sheets and/or pillowcase. Cotton is a much better insulator than you might think. I’m a lineman and we wear rubber gloves to protect us from the electricity but years ago the linemen just wore cotton gloves when working with energized wires. Direct skin contact will give you the best results with these grounding products imo.

I wondered about that, and for high thread count sheets, it's probably worse. I guess maybe they say it's ok if a sheet covers it so more people will buy them?

This thread is awesome. I’m so close to pulling the trigger on the sheets for real. I ground all the time walking barefoot on soccer fields to clear my mind, I cut the grass barefoot too & love it. There’s a docu called Earthing that explains it well but is also highly produced so gives it a scammy feel. You get to see Meadow from the Sopranos do yoga though so that’s cool

You may still get some benefit especially if you sweat while you sleep, the moisture may help get the electron's flowing between you and the mat but I would just try direct skin contact and see how you like it.

For the cost you can’t beat it. Thathe only reason

A pillow case is so cheap you might as well go for it. I had a physical therapist tell me about it and even though I was completely skeptical I figured why not try it for $25. I was waking up at least 3 times a night and felt like crap at the time, now I sleep like a baby and feel 10 years younger

It's been almost a month, and I feel like there has been marked difference in sleep quality. I didn't get the drastic benefits as others, maybe because my inflammation was already minimized. However, sleep is much deeper, and I dream a lot more. Sometimes I sleep too much, which hasn't happened in many years. I still wake up around 3AM most times (I'm in deficit; it's just what happens), but all the sleep up to that point and after it is much higher quality. It did take some time to get used to the increased heat due to the mat.

The difference is big enough that I'm not taking it off the bed. I also like the idea that surrounding EMF is quickly attenuated in the immediate area. Would be interesting to hook up an oscilloscope to the "output" of the mat and see what gets captured.

So it's been a little over 5 weeks.
Still getting great sleep waking up feeling 25 years younger. Inflammation is way down hardly any knee pain or anywhere else. Things I have noticed lately
Pinched nerve and shoulder pain have completely disappeared. No more stiff neck from computer smart phone etc.
I take my grounding mat to the corporate gym and when completely exhausted and wondering how I am going to get up I seem to recharge really quickly simply after 10 minutes laying on the mat. Especially with legs.
I do take an electrolyte drink before bed as well which seems to help recharging. I have stepped up my work outs to 2 times a week one heavy pay day and one light play day. No more wrist pain and tweaked my elbow last week and gone in 2 days vs struggling with it for weeks.
I sleep with 3 grounding pads one on my pillow one on my back and one for my lower legs.
