So here’s my question based on the article I posted- just how much contact is really needed for benefits? As in, does a pillow case benefit as much as a pad? If it does, do you need a pad at all? Or, while “ekg like pads” on the wrist seem beneficial, do you get “more bang for your buck” with a larger surface area covered? Maybe the research is there, I just started reading more as I sit outside right now barefoot hahaha

Yes that's the original article that caught my attention. I posted it in #48 in this chain I had to go back and check because Pubmed has some great links in that article but I can only view the abstracts. Do you have pubmed full access? I'd like to read some of those studies linked. May sign up for it. Tons of good stuff. Hopefully everyone using grounding will have some of the great benefits listed.
Oh shoot sorry man, must have glossed over that post… you should be able to sign up for free.

Yea I have many questions too.
Can you ground too much? I was going to stand and sit on the pad while working from home. Also the queen size pad which really is like a silk sheet is soft. I slept on the entire thing long ways last night instead of side ways and my whole body was tingling pretty intense. I don't think it was designed that way to lay on it long way. But also the structure of the mats vs sheets would seem to me that the grounding fibers woven in are more spaced out since they cover more surface area.
I would be interested in learning more like yourself but agree that it seems to be like a single source wrist band would use the body's nervous system to ground everything. I too am going to sit out side more. In cases of bad weather I can use a grounding rod and wrist strap.
What I am most interested in are the grounding pads I want to hook one up to the pinched nerve in my neck and see if it helps. It was interesting to see the site wound healing as well in that article.
Let's keep digging for info.

Pretty good bundle they sent. Included an electrical outlet tester to make sure it's truly grounded and a second device that you hook up to test and make sure the connection is good to the outlet. Worried it might get hot. Was worried it might make noise when rolling over or moving like a diaper but nothing much can be heard.

They also sent two fairly thick paperback books and a voucher for a movie on grounding, which is bold of them. I'm not going to read a damn thing. I don't care why or how it works... just that it works. Don't give a fuck to know the mysteries of the universe. Just want good sleep and good head.

Tonight is the night. I hope it works.

No appreciable difference whatsoever.

I am waking up about 20 times a night here in Wyoming at 4500 feet above sea level. I really hoped the elevation sickness would have subsided by now.
I still wake up pain free and rested but damn the elevation. I have worked out 3 times so far and feel like I ran a marathon each time.

I got the earthing bundle on it's way. I got my brother in law a grounding mat. He has MS the good kind if there is such a thing. It has helped him tremendously in the am so far.

Story of my life. Guess I'm full of free electrons already. I'm not motivated enough to remove it and send it back. It does make sleeping slightly hotter, but during deficit, I wake up burning up around 3AM anyway regardless of AC. My sheets are 100% cotton, so should not be interfering with the pad.
