Will be interesting to see others results here. I am trying to turn on as many people to this to widen the pool of information. I recently convinced a female trainer that is getting lots of minor pulls and strains to try it.
For me I would say it has added 75% quality of life improvement for me. I spent an hour in agony every morning just to let the pain from sleeping subside.
Last night I overturned CST push workout. Exhausted and aching before bed. Feel asleep real quick on the mat.
Once again sleep was stellar. Ibwoke up pretty much pain free. Very agile alert and ready for the day in a matter of minutes.
I have written I'm the past that I am insanely inflamed after the pump drops and foid and water in. I feel no need to do my once weekly prednisone blast on Fridays when my body has been destroyed by the week long bombing and blitzing. Maybe I am different as I am stressing my body out too heavy. Not fat at 288 5 10 but not ripped either. After vacation in 2 weeks will start a clean up diet and start some really low dose retratude. One other thing is that I wake up starving now as the body probably has time to trigger the hunger response instead of trying to tamper night time induced inflammation.

Do you lay on the pad directly or does it goes under the mattress sheet?

Skin to pad. Right now the one I have is only enough to cover the back.
The queen size once should be enough for the whole body length wise.

I shared elsewhere I just bought pillow cases for the whole family to try. We all sleep with cell phones near us largely as an alarm clock but we really should get in the habit of putting them across the room.... anyhow, my daughter has depression and anxiety (getting better) and as I've shared before, while it's well managed now, I admit I can be prone to depression (I beat the living crap out of my brain neurotransmitters and adrenals with ephedrine hcl when I was younger)... many causes/reasons for depression but a large culprit "they've" learned is inflammation can contribute heavily. Should be landing today and will get started asap. If i see some improvement I may try the pad for myself, I know my daughter would feel awkward not sleeping with a shirt.

I think it would be fine through a t shirt. If you think about the pillows it has to get through the hair. Trying to get my wife on one but she thinks it's hocus pocus being a nurse. I do shirt less as that's the way I sleep.

I got my grounding pillowcase on Sunday I used it Sunday night Monday night. I seem to have a little more vivid dreams the last two nights. A little more detailed than normal. I don't get much sleep but I did wake up the last two mornings feeling a little better. I don't know if it's just psychosomatic but I'm going to keep using it and see if things get better. The only thing that I noticed is the pillowcase seems to get very warm where I'm laying. So I flip the pillow over a couple of times during the night if I wake up. Is anyone else noticing that?

I'm not really liking the selection on Amazon. Earthing kept popping up as recommended. Whether or not that's the result of a good old successful astro-turfing campaign, I don't know. The sleep bundle is on sale right now. You can also use a sheet on top, but apparently only natural fibers like cotton. It's stated that humidity in the air and simple perspiration while sleeping will make the connection with the mat through the sheet.

Edit: I ended up buying the Full mattress cover. You can use FELICIAANNE code for 15% off right now. 90-day return policy. We'll see.

@beefnewton Looks like your wrist hypothesis has some merit….

Various grounding systems are available that enable frequent contact with the Earth, such as while sleeping, sitting at a computer, or walking outdoors. These are simple conductive systems in the form of sheets, mats, wrist or ankle bands, adhesive patches that can be used inside the home or office, and footwear

Yes that site has everything! I am going to order the patches when I get back from vacation. I did get my new bigger one but it is like a narrow silk sheet. It was advertised as a pad but it's not. Another happy night of blissful sleep and rest.

You’re right, it will work through 100% cotton, anecdotal reports is it doesn’t work AS good, but still get a benefit.

look at the article I just posted… has some pictures of wounds that had increased healing time using patches around the injury.
Yes that's the original article that caught my attention. I posted it in #48 in this chain I had to go back and check because Pubmed has some great links in that article but I can only view the abstracts. Do you have pubmed full access? I'd like to read some of those studies linked. May sign up for it. Tons of good stuff. Hopefully everyone using grounding will have some of the great benefits listed.
